Tic Tac Toe Game Using Python

Simple tic tac toe game using python language. This includes playing between two players.(not computer/AI)
Game includes two players identified by user with "o" symbol and another by "*" symbol. Just trying to recreate classic tictactoe symbols with these 😂
Just like classic tictactoe game, match is ended when coloums,rows or diagonals are matched. If not the match is declared tied. Positions inside the board are shown by integar numbers so that players can easily know where to put their mark. Board is shown after each turn for the players. There is option for restarting the game by pressing y/Y at the end of the game. For closing just press any other keys than y/Y.
